The SasaWallet DEMO mobile application
Some data that we use to demonstrate the mobile application’s functionality to you may be considered personal data. Technical data: includes information about your mobile device (manufacturer, model, operation system version, device identifier, and other technical parameters and identifiers, including IMEI); your IP address; geolocation if you allow such access; data about your activities when using the service; contacts, if you allow such access

Phone numbers
You should provide us with your phone number as part of your verification process to start using the App, and we will contact you with the information about the SasaWallet. You understand and agree that we will use your phone number to emulate the actual authorization process, confirm your device verification, and help protect the security of your account. The verification process involves sending a text message containing a security code (one-time password, OTP code, etc.) to your phone number. You agree to receive this text message containing a security code as part of the verification process.
How do we collect your personal data?
The App
You may provide us with Identity and Financial Data by testing our services. We may also collect your personal data when you contact us through our communication channels. For how long has your personal data been stored?
We keep your personal data only for the necessary period to fulfill the purposes we collect it, but no longer than one month from the last authorization date. You can initiate deleting your personal data anytime by clicking the Delete My Data button.
The website We keep your data only for the necessary period to contact you, but no longer than a year/month starting the date you provided us with such personal data.

In addition, you can choose to delete our App from your phone, and also you may contact us to enable the deletion of your information.

SasaWallet Software Application – This application allows users to try the Services in DEMO (demonstration) mode within a testing environment without the ability to perform actual actions.

Partner – A business entity that utilizes SasaWallet Services following a separate Agreement with Sasaran Technologies or its Subsidiary.
Services – the license to use software, Services, and any other solutions provided by Sasaran Technologies to Partners, the information of which may be posted on the website.
Rights and obligations of SasaWallet
SasaWallet reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes to the website’s information, design, and content, including the list of Services and Partners. SasaWallet also has the right to send Users messages via email, mobile phone number, and other communication methods such as SMS, Viber messages, Push notifications, and emails (collectively referred to as “Messages”) concerning the use of the website.
SasaWallet ensures the website does not contain inaccurate, abusive, false, or deliberately incomplete information. In addition, the website independently determines the list of Partners and Services displayed on the site. SasaWallet has the right to close or suspend access to the website, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the User, to (i) conduct preventive maintenance, (ii) improve the Platform, and (iii) resolve technical issues. SasaWallet provides the User with a DEMO application in BETA mode. The User voluntarily uses the DEMO application, acknowledging that all responsibility for using the DEMO application lies with the User.

The User has the right to utilize the information posted on the Platform and to contact SasaWallet directly for clarification. However, the User is solely responsible for providing accurate and correct data and knowledge necessary for the design of the Services.

The User may terminate this Agreement by email requesting to delete all personal information. The Agreement is considered completed the day after such information is removed. Termination of the Agreement does not affect the terminated Agreement between SasaWallet and the Partner.
The laws of India govern this Agreement and the relationship between SasaWallet and the User.
Suppose a court or competent authority deems any provision of the Agreement invalid. In that case, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other requirements or conditions of the Agreement, which remain fully valid.
